Foundation is online for mfs.kohzadict.com. Phase 3 API foundation is live (OpenAPI, envelopes, Money, request IDs). Phase 4 will add authentication and RBAC.
Development UI (Vite): run cd frontend && npm run dev → port 5173
API: run bash scripts/run-backend.sh → /api/v1/platform on port 8080
